Is Futura Motel always open?
Yes, the reception staff is at your service h24 7/7.
Is city tax included in the room rate?
The Municipality of Paderno Dugnano requires a tourist tax of 3.00 Euros per night per person to be paid by all non-resident guests over the age of 16.
When is available the room?
The room will be available from 2 p.m. on check-in day and until 11 a.m. on check-out day. Upon availability, check-out can be delayed until 5 p.m. With an extra fee of € 45,00.
Is the car park included?
Every room has a private parking.
Furthermore, another parking place is available for your second car or big trucks.
What about the breakfast?
Our breakfast is served from monday to friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. And saturday and sunday from 7:30 to 10.00.
Is there an inside restaurant?
Next to Futura Motel you’ll find Fuoco&Vino – Brasa con Cucina, specialized in wood-hoven cooked and grilled meat.
Are pets allowed?
Small sized pets are welcome upon reservation and with an extra fee of € 25,00 (whole stay) for the final cleanings.
What’s a Day Use?
It’s our special formula that allows you to check-in whatever you want and pay only the hours of your stay.
Do I need to book a Day Use room?
It’s not necessary, it’s enough to come to the reception.
